Autism Services Finder

Privacy policy

Last updated June 2026

Autism Services Finder ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because many of our users are parents acting on behalf of a child, we treat the information you share with particular care.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use "Get matched" or contact us, you may provide your name, email or phone, your message, and details about your child's needs (such as age, the service you're seeking, and insurance). You choose what to share.
  • Automatic information. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To connect you with providers you ask to be matched with.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

How we share information

  • With providers, at your request. If you use "Get matched" or contact a provider through us, we share the details you submit with the relevant provider(s) so they can respond.
  • With service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and analytics), under agreements that limit how they use your data.
  • We share your information only with the providers you ask to be matched with (who may pay us a fee to receive your inquiry). We don't sell your personal information to unrelated advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand site usage, and we may use advertising pixels (such as Meta) for measurement and remarketing. Non-essential and advertising technologies load only with your consent, which you can manage or withdraw at any time through our cookie banner. We do not pass sensitive health details into advertising tools.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for use by adults (parents, caregivers, and providers), not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian who chooses to share it.

Your choices

  • You can manage cookie consent at any time.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us. Just email hello@autismservicesfinder.com.
  • You can opt out of non-essential analytics and advertising tracking.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Questions? Email hello@autismservicesfinder.com or visit our contact page.
