Overview
Two Central Texas offices anchor this psychology practice, which has been evaluating clients age 5 and older since a 2000 founding by Dr. Kelley Ahr. What started as one psychologist's learning-disability testing work has grown into a small team handling ADHD, learning-disorder, cognitive, and emotional assessments, with autism among the referral questions they'll take on. A South Austin location and a second office in Dripping Springs split the caseload, and telehealth testing has recently been added for referrals where it fits.
A good fit for anyone needing a full diagnostic workup, whether the referral question is autism, ADHD, a learning disorder, or a broader cognitive or emotional concern, across children, teens, and adults.
Every evaluation moves through the same sequence: a phone intake, a clinical interview, standardized testing sometimes run by a psychometrist, direct behavioral observation, and a final written report. Select referral types can now be evaluated by telehealth instead of coming into either office.
Scheduling starts with a phone call rather than an email, since intake can't be arranged that way. Once the interview and testing sessions wrap up, families receive a written report and can book a separate feedback session to walk through the results.
