Two clinic locations anchor this Austin-area practice: one inside Harmony Collaborative in Austin, the other inside Juniper Pediatrics in Round Rock. Speech-language pathologist Renée Kreisner treats kids and adults for stuttering, apraxia, language delays, and orofacial myofunctional disorders, alongside a strong feeding-therapy practice for babies and toddlers with latch, weight-gain, or picky-eating struggles. Craniosacral fascial work gets folded into plans too, treating the whole body rather than isolated speech sounds.

Rather than treating speech in isolation, the team looks at how oral muscles, sensory regulation, and swallowing patterns feed into a child's communication, pairing standard speech-language techniques with orofacial myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy, and craniosacral fascial bodywork.
Intake starts with a free 10-15 minute phone consultation, then a 75-90 minute in-person evaluation, before therapists map out an individualized plan with home practice built in.
