Overview
Tucked off Highway 121 in Coppell, Monkey Mouths runs one of the DFW area's busier pediatric therapy clinics, staffed by CCC-SLPs and occupational therapists who work only with children. The practice draws families from Argyle, Denton, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Irving, Lantana, and Lewisville, and connects to ten other locations across the metroplex. An SLP founded the organization, which shapes how the whole team is built and supervised.
Children in northwest DFW who need speech therapy, feeding support, AAC services, or pediatric occupational therapy, especially families who want bilingual clinicians or specialists in orofacial myofunctional work.
Clinicians here cover a wide range — articulation, language, AAC, feeding and swallowing, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and sensory integration — with dedicated specialists for bilingual children (Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese) and kids who are deaf or hard of hearing. The practice also runs Monkey U, an in-house continuing education program that keeps clinician skills current.
Online self-scheduling is available through the practice's booking portal, or families can call the Coppell clinic directly at (817) 479-7019. The Coppell site handles both speech and OT appointments.
