Occupational therapist and founder Erin Wiggins pairs reflex integration work with newer tools like photobiomodulation laser therapy and vagus nerve stimulation, alongside hands-on sensory and motor work. Rather than the usual weekly sessions, most care here happens in concentrated blocks of one-on-one time.

Most families start with a five- or ten-day intensive: two hours of individualized treatment each day, built around reflex work, laser-based photobiomodulation, and vagus nerve stimulation aimed at building new neural pathways rather than teaching workarounds.
The process opens with a roughly two-hour evaluation covering sensory processing, motor skills, and reflex development, ending with a written report and a home program. Since the practice doesn't bill insurance directly, families receive a superbill for possible reimbursement, and many travel in from outside the Dallas area specifically for the intensive format.
