Overview
Based in Dallas and Plano, this practice focuses exclusively on very young children — toddlers from 12 months through age 3 at enrollment — receiving ABA therapy through the Early Start Denver Model. Six BCBAs deliver sessions in clinic, at home, and in preschool settings across the Dallas metroplex. The practice intentionally keeps its scope narrow: once children reach school age, families are referred on to providers better suited to that next stage.
Parents of newly diagnosed toddlers under 3 who want a play-based, ESDM-certified team where parent coaching is built into every week of treatment, not an optional add-on.
Every session is grounded in ESDM — ABA principles woven into the child's real daily routines like meals, outdoor play, and bath time rather than pulled out into separate drill sessions. One hour of parent training per week is required, with a behavior analyst coaching caregivers directly alongside their child.
Springling bills all major commercial plans (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Magellan) out of network — not Tricare or Medicaid — and handles claims directly; families receive an invoice for any remaining patient responsibility. Typical intensity runs 3–6 hours per week with a BCBA, with behavior technicians potentially adding up to 20–25 additional hours depending on each child's treatment plan.

Good to know
Springling Therapy provides ABA therapy in center, in-home and school settings in and around Dallas. In-home suits families who want skills practiced in the child's own environment, while center-based offers a structured, distraction-light space.
Programs typically run 3–6 hours/week with BCBA; up to 20–25 hours/week with behavior technicians, with the exact plan set by your child's BCBA after an initial assessment. Comprehensive programs address several developmental areas at once, while focused programs target specific skills.
In Texas, many commercial health plans and Texas Medicaid cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. A confirmed diagnosis is required for coverage, which is why many families begin with an evaluation — Springling Therapy can help you confirm your benefits first.
