Overview

Autism Diagnosis & Assessment in Dallas

Co-founders Dr. Ruth Aspy and Dr. Barry Grossman built this Dallas practice around a framework they created—the Ziggurat Model—that won the Autism Society's Literary Achievement Award. Their team brings together psychologists, a speech-language pathologist, an occupational therapist, and an educational diagnostician to run coordinated autism evaluations rather than siloed single-discipline reports. Children, adolescents, and adults are served at the Campbell Road clinic in North Dallas.

Best for

Families who want one coordinated team to cover psychological, language, sensory-motor, and educational testing in a single evaluation process rather than chasing separate appointments.

Their approach

Rather than treating surface behaviors, the Ziggurat Model framework directs every evaluation toward identifying the underlying neurological and sensory needs driving those behaviors—then builds supports across five levels. The team works together during assessment so findings across disciplines inform each other before the final report.

What to expect

Reach the office at 214-227-7741 or info@texasautism.com; self-pay clients receive a written Good Faith Estimate before scheduling, and Dr. Grossman's patients can access a secure client portal for ongoing communication.
