Overview
A family-owned practice started in 2015, Beyond the Behavior runs two ABA therapy centers in Collin County — one in Wylie and one in Murphy — specifically to fill the gap in local services for children with autism. Kids ages 1–12 receive individualized, BCBA-supervised programs with data tracking throughout. The practice accepts seven commercial insurance plans including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, BCBS, and TRICARE, and will work on single-case agreements when a family's plan isn't in network.
Children ages 1–12 in the Wylie or Murphy area whose families want structured, center-based ABA from a locally rooted practice with flexible scheduling and no mandated minimum hours.
Each child's treatment plan is written by a BCBA after an individual assessment, then carried out by therapists who record session data in real time — parents can log in to see progress at any point. The practice also offers a family prep track to help households support therapy goals at home.
New families start with an ABA assessment; once cleared, a BCBA writes a tailored plan and the child is placed into the program — no weekly hour minimum is imposed. Centers run Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
