Overview

ABA Therapy for autism in Frisco

Founded in 2016 by Monica Piper — a BCBA and autism parent — this family-owned DFW clinic has grown from in-home services to two dedicated centers in Frisco and McKinney. The team delivers center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children and adults with special needs, with each treatment plan built from scratch by one of seven on-staff BCBAs. Collaboration with visiting speech and OT therapists happens directly at the clinic, making coordinated scheduling easier for families.

Best for

Families who want consistent, named clinicians and a clinic that won't age their child out of services or pressure them into a rigid therapy-hours mandate.

Their approach

Every child's therapy targets are set individually rather than against a standard protocol — BCBAs design programs around what matters most to that child and family, and intensity is calibrated to genuine clinical need. Parent training is woven into the program so caregivers leave each cycle with strategies they can carry into daily life at home.

What to expect

After an initial call, the clinic handles insurance verification (Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, and United/Optum accepted; private-pay and out-of-network welcome) and prior authorization before scheduling a center-based assessment — in-home assessments are not available. Cameras are installed throughout both facilities, giving parents real-time visibility into sessions.
