Overview

Autism therapy and services in Houston

Tucked inside The Zone Sports Complex — a 54,000 sq. ft. youth sports facility in Southwest Houston — this independent therapy practice brings together OT, PT, and speech-language clinicians under one roof. Goals are built around what the child and family actually need, with input woven in from teachers and caregivers as well. The team draws on evidence-based methods and specialty tools like iLs and the Safe and Sound Protocol alongside hands-on clinical work.

Best for

Children ages 0–21 in Southwest Houston who need OT, PT, or speech therapy — especially those with autism, sensory processing differences, feeding difficulties, or developmental delays.

Their approach

Therapy happens within a play and family-centered framework, with each clinician collaborating closely with the people in a child's daily life. OT specialists use Sensory Integration Therapy, DIR/Floortime, and SSP; speech therapists address everything from articulation to social-pragmatic skills and nonverbal communication.

What to expect

Both office visits and school-based visits (for partner schools) are available. Insurance coverage varies by service: speech therapy takes Blue Cross Blue Shield, PT accepts BCBS and Cigna, and OT is private pay. Reach out directly to inquire about scheduling and intake.
