What started as a solo practice has grown into a 9-location pediatric speech therapy network spread across Greater Houston, from Cypress and Katy to Missouri City and Brookshire. Founded by Jessica Sekhon, M.S., CCC-SLP, CAS — a pediatric SLP since 2017 with a Certified Autism Specialist credential — the practice works with children ages 18 months through 13 (and selectively to 21) on communication goals shaped around each child's strengths. Clinicians also travel to ABA clinics and daycares within a 10-minute radius of each clinic, keeping therapy accessible wherever families already spend their time.

Sessions are play-based and individually designed, drawing on specialized frameworks such as Gestalt Language Processing, the Early Start Denver Model, and the SOS Approach to Feeding rather than a single fixed curriculum. The team is committed to supporting children's communication in context, not chasing a deficit-focused benchmark.
