Founded in 2021 by a CCC-SLP who himself spent 11 years in speech therapy as a child, this League City practice keeps caseloads deliberately small so every session is one-on-one. Therapy covers articulation, language development, social/pragmatic skills, and autism-related communication needs — either at the office on Wesley Drive, inside local daycares and private schools, or over Zoom anywhere in Texas. After a decade in Houston-area public schools, founder Matt Alexander launched the private practice to give families more individualized access than a school caseload allows.
Children in the League City, Clear Lake, or Galveston Bay area whose families want focused, relationship-driven speech therapy — particularly kids dealing with articulation disorders, language delays, or communication challenges tied to autism.
Matt Alexander structures sessions around what he calls filling a need: identifying each child's specific communication barrier and building therapy around genuine engagement rather than rote drill. His own childhood experience with a severe articulation disorder informs how he connects with kids who feel frustrated by not being understood.
