Overview
Started in 2020 with two employees and a single clinic, this North DFW organization has grown to 140+ staff operating across four locations in Little Elm, Sherman, Aubrey, and Denton. Children ages 2–12 can access BCBA-led ABA therapy in clinic or at home, in-house ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluations, social skills groups, and structured weekly coaching for parents. Medicaid and six major insurers are accepted, and the team handles insurance navigation from the first call.
Families in the North DFW suburbs who want a multi-location ABA provider that can diagnose and treat under one roof, accept Medicaid, and keep parents actively involved at every stage.
Each child's program is built around their individual goals — not a standardized curriculum — with naturalistic and play-based methods woven into clinic sessions. BCBAs meet with families every week so home and clinic goals stay in sync, and RBTs build consistent one-on-one relationships with every child they serve.
Getting started begins with a no-cost consultation and clinic tour; if a diagnosis is already in hand the team moves straight to insurance verification, and if not, an on-site ADOS-2 evaluation is available. Once insurance is confirmed a BCBA conducts an initial assessment, a custom plan is written, and therapy launches with weekly parent meetings built in from day one.
