Overview

Autism therapy and services in Plano

With roots going back to 2001, this North Texas practice has been helping kids with speech and OT needs for more than two decades across three Collin County clinics in Plano, Frisco, and McKinney. Founder Anne Bramlett -- herself the parent of an adult son on the autism spectrum -- built the practice around a team approach that keeps families as close partners in therapy. Current owner Becky, who joined as director in 2004 and purchased the business in 2016, has continued that mission while expanding to serve more communities. Services span speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding and swallowing, auditory processing, and sensory integration.

Best for

Families in Collin County looking for an experienced, multi-disciplinary pediatric practice with longstanding ties to the Plano, Frisco, and McKinney communities.

Their approach

Clinicians blend evidence-based techniques with a deliberately small-clinic feel -- each location is kept personal so families never feel like a number. Parent coaching is woven into sessions, giving caregivers concrete strategies to continue progress between visits.

What to expect

When you call 972-424-0148, staff will run a benefits check to clarify what your insurance covers for speech and OT under Texas law, including common nuances around habilitation coverage for developmental diagnoses. From there, they'll guide you through next steps for scheduling an evaluation.
