Overview

ABA Therapy for autism in Plano

An early-intervention ABA practice serving only toddlers and very young children, Springling Therapy operates two clinics — one in Dallas (75225) and one in Plano (75093). Every clinician holds BCBA, LBA, and ESDM credentials, and the Early Start Denver Model drives all treatment. Children 3 and under can also receive services at home or in their preschool setting across the Dallas and North Dallas area.

Best for

Parents of newly diagnosed children under 3 who want a tightly focused team — all BCBAs, all ESDM-certified — that treats the toddler years as the window that matters most.

Their approach

Rather than pulling children into discrete drills, the team works within play, feeding, bath time, and whatever the child's day already holds, following the ESDM curriculum's developmental sequence. Each family attends one hour of coaching per week so caregivers can apply the same strategies outside of scheduled sessions.

What to expect

Springling bills major out-of-network plans directly — BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, and Magellan — and screens insurance coverage before services begin; Medicaid and Tricare cannot be accepted. New families download intake forms from the website, return them to info@springlingtherapy.com, and then connect by phone to see if the fit is right.
