Overview
Tucked off FM 359 in Richmond, this Fort Bend County clinic pairs speech-language pathology and occupational therapy under one roof for kids and adults alike. The pediatric caseload spans autism, apraxia, feeding difficulties, fluency, and sensory-motor development — plus Berard Auditory Integration Training for children with auditory processing challenges. A large multi-disciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, SLPAs, and COTAs handles everything from early intervention through school age and beyond. Medicaid and 14 other commercial plans are accepted.
Families in the Richmond and southwest Houston area who want speech therapy, OT, and Berard AIT available at a single in-person clinic, particularly children with autism, developmental delays, or feeding and sensory concerns.
Sessions blend discipline-specific techniques — oral-motor work, language facilitation, sensory integration, fine motor training — with a collaborative handoff between speech and OT when a child's needs cross both domains. Berard AIT is offered as a structured 10-day, 20-session listening program for children three and older with auditory processing or hypersensitivity issues.
Pediatric new-patient forms are available to download and complete before the first visit; HMO members need a PCP referral in advance. The office takes calls and voicemail around the clock at 281-232-1900, with in-person hours running Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m. and Fridays until 4 p.m.
